I would love to read this weird attic book you’re making. It sounds marvelous! I really appreciate this post because I’ve been vacillating all day over what project to tackle next. I need to the weird one that I want to read.
A beautiful page in a book that I hope will be available someday (and whose proceeds will support a comfortable retirement for you as well, while we’re dreaming!)
The deep red Jack in the Pulpit blew my socks off! It’s my new quest; do you think it’s a mutant?
Thank you, Anna! I started this substack to encourage others in their creativity. It makes me so happy to do this in any way for you. Your "Floral Notes" is a gorgeous work of your hands and fertile mind!

Cathy! Thank you for lifting me up tonight. What a lovely dream! :)
Jack-in-the-Pulpit is one of my favorites. My field guide describes a purple variety, but this is the first time I've ever seen one in person.
Also, there's one in Emily Dickinson's herbarium at Harvard University.

Thank you Ann; you really have. I love the post about making scrapbooks into other books. Love that so much.
Oh yes! I’ll bet you could do something really cool with that.
